works perfect on my phone. what software are you running? also are you using the default browser and is it set to the blackberry setting? you can check this by going into browser when in the start page press the bb key and click options. then browser configuration. look where it says browser identification make sure that its set to blackberry.

set the app for one of the convinience keys. you cant have it lock with the lock key unless you get the paid version

i also upgraded my os to the hybrid version 2 .114

the accelerometer is crazy. everything moves smooth and on point. i would go to the version 3 but version 2 works great for me.

an iphone isnt a bb. bb users dont want an iphone they want the themes like myself. an iphone didnt work well with my business so i converted to a bb. now im happy.

none. umm first try a battery pull, then if that doesnt work then re-download and install the app
