@WrknClssHero 85 Cutlass......Granddad bought it new with a 3.8 v6 but oil pump went out at 66,000 and locked up motor so I stuffed a 350 in it. Its a mild massaged 350 with flattops, heads- we will call them opened up, mild cam, erson gear drive, bolt on goodies. It has more know how than money in it. SB chevy is easy to make power with a lil knowledge so beating c5 isnt really saying alot.

yeah, the new camaros are fast but I was certain the vette was gonna win. you never know though. once I holeshotted a C5 Z06 (or he thought he could run me down) at the strip and beat him with a 13.67 to his 13 flat and later I saw him run 12.77 and I later ran 13.50. so, it's worth the gas to race to me since anything could happen. I was stoked and that LS6 sounded wicked riding up on my back door as we went through the trapps. run the piss out of it... that's the only reason to have one right

@replicant2600 the c5 had an ls1, the c5 z06 had the ls6, the ls2 was put in the c6 from 05 to 07, then they started putting the ls3 in the c6s in 08. the ls6 was actually underrated at about 420 horsepower, they said it only had 400. the ls3 has 436 and the ls2 has 405, the c5 z06 is actually faster than the c6 from 05-07. fun facts are always fun.
