HOLY SHIT!!!!!!! i bought a 360 with the money i got for xmas callyjohnwell, so all i had was a ps2 and thought just the same thing. I was so pumped up over nothing. you dont just play your be a pro player. you only play your position with no special camera angle. IT SUCKS and i dont blame you for not having a 360. btw, the graphics were better but the game was a whole lot worse, am i right?

sure. i thought there would be a bench view when your player is on the bench with coach commands. but your just playing your players position that he plays.

you have to set it to authentic and not as position lock. then you get a bench view and even a view from the penalty box if you get a penalty.

The problem with shootouts is I've olny found one way to score, and that's pretty much what you or the comp did with malkin... keep it to one side then switch and shoot.

I go straight at the goalie, use the skill stick back and forth, fake the backhand at the crease and quickly switch to forehand, and the goalie goes down every time. It works for me almost every single time.
