how do you buy or learn moves?

@tombraidermasterman i dont think you buy moves at all but you can learn moves in story mode which can be used in multiplayer games by loading that character when its your turn to pick. In multiplayer games , by default the cast will have the majority of its moves.

P.s i had to play story mode to get a ryoma who could get up to level 5 instead of the default 4
