I'd rather see people pick a character based on their story, personality, and/or fighting. Diao Chan appeals to me more. I prefer her attacking style over Zhen Ji, her personality, and the fact she captured the heart of the fearsome Lu Bu. That tells a lot about her right there.
@HoshiLockhart Well seeing as Diao Chan captured Dong Zhuo's lap dog's heart I don't find that very charming. Especially since she was using Lu Bu as her father's plan. Zhen Ji however was forced into a Marriage and it is said that Cao Pi fell ill and died on her her birthday. So since he forced her to commit suicide and she still got even , I find more interesting than a beauty whom never was recorded and had an annoying and useless character in a video game. Plus Zhen Ji had the strongest hit.

If Weapons and Looks define a Character? It would make stories horrible in the game. More than anything, Diao Chan over Zhen Ji. There's really no competition. Zhen Ji is the best. Diao Chan just seem too fake and innocent for me. But I definetely have to say Diao Chan is prettier, but for the record, looks aren't everything. Zhen is stronger by a LONG shot. I admit, the idea of a flute killing people is just a little weird, but the maces were absolutely HORRIBLE.

But all through the series, Zhen was always stronger with her flute, while Diao Chan fight with those rediculous maces. Then in DW6, both had the same weapons, so their attack ranges are equal.
@VNvideos13 Zhen Ji's weapon is another thing to figure out also. A flute is practically a good blunt weapon, it is light, easy to handle and has hard surface. Though the idea of sounding the flute to damage enemies is kind of ridiculous, you have to think of the actual logical explanation that a highly frequented sound wave that vibrates at a high velocity can hurt the ear and make it bleed.
In a way, those kinds of attacks are way much cooler than some simple swings of weapon.

I am big Wei Fan ( hater of shu ) however I am also Lu Bu fan too. Do not underestimate him, Wei may have many generals but minus Zhang Liao if Lu Bu did not die, than think again. Sun Jian, Cao Cao, Lui Bei, Yuan Shao combined forces could not pass the Dong Zhou's army under the command of Lu Bu...This Beast was betrayed but never lost, ! There's really no competition. Zhen Ji is the best. Diao Chan just seem too fake and innocent for me. But I definetely have to say Diao Chan is prettier, but for the record, looks aren't everything. Zhen is stronger by a LONG shot. I admit, the idea of a flute killing people is just a little weird, but the maces were absolutely HORRIBLE.

zhen ji is definately better to use on the battle field in dw6 than diao chan, cause she has higher attack and defense stats. both their specials have different uses, so its like the saying comparing apples and oranges

Logically, I don't think a woman of that grace could handle a club just one-handed, let alone two club at a time. Those things are heavy and how the heck is she able to swing it while dancing gracefully? Be reasonable. It's nonsense.

But all through the series, Zhen was always stronger with her flute, while Diao Chan fight with those rediculous maces. Then in DW6, both had the same weapons, so their attack ranges are equal.

@VNvideos13 Zhen Ji's weapon is another thing to figure out also. A flute is practically a good blunt weapon, it is light, easy to handle and has hard surface. Though the idea of sounding the flute to damage enemies is kind of ridiculous, you have to think of the actual logical explanation that a highly frequented sound wave that vibrates at a high velocity can hurt the ear and make it bleed.
In a way, those kinds of attacks are way much cooler than some simple swings of weapon.
