Interesting to see the chart rundown - and indeed the show - STARTING with the number 1. Apparently (going even further back) Radio Luxembourg used to do their Top Twenty in the same style - starting with No.1 and working downwards.
Have you got anymore chart rundowns from the 70s and but I have - with the Whole Lotta Love theme from 125 editions - from August 1974 to July 1977 and a occasional 800th edition from July 1979.
But there is a interesting note that there is no chart rundown played on the 15-8-74 edition.
I saw that - although it was a few years before my time, that Chart rundown was really freaky looking, and how it all looks so dated, and Jimmy Saville, looking like a thunderbird puppet with that awful jumper - thank god, colour wasn't around then hehe!!
