  • I have one for sale, unused. $25 + shipping. PM me.

  • nice setup

  • That's an old school house tune....so good. Oh and the lens is nice as well.

  • i wan a lens like thatttt!!!!!!!!

    i got rode videomic

    Opteka Death lens

    and JVC HD10

  • wow is the lens going to hv40

    .

  • I just bought the HD6600-Pro52. I'm just wondering where did you buy the Lens Hood. I have looked all around and can't find it any where.

    Thank you

  • @canonhv it is a Canon spare part - see part no at start of comments.

  • @canonhv just look for it with the hood

  • no if anything it was a bit tight from memory - doesn't move around, but there's a grub screw to tighten it anyway.

  • hey my question is for the hood. you say it's a NEAR perfect fit. Why not perfect? does it move around???

  • hi,

how is the sennheiser mke 300??

  • yes

  • ???..thats was noot my question...

  • @GermanCamcorderTuts oops misread...mke300 - absolutely great for close proximity i.e. mount on a desktop stand for podcast. As for magically pulling in sound from talent some way off - no, it just slight isolates the source as would be expected from the directional pattern. handling noises are big prob on hv20 with onboards.

  • I too have the HD-6600 pro mounted to my hv30. The XH-A1 fits on the o.d. of the Raynox, correct? While I found the shade on different sites and it didn't mention thread sizes, etc. I assumed it fits the o.d. of the lens . . .? Am I correct? Thanks!!!

  • yes, it fits the O.D. not the the 72mm thread of the raynox, it's almost a perfect fit, slide on then tighten the screw.

  • do you think the XH-A1 will fit the raynox 3032 Lens??

  • i have a sony hdr-hc5 and i was wondering if i maybe could buy a step up ring from 37mm to 77mm to get a large hood!

currently im using a 37mm lens hood but it is way to small/little!

    any tips?

  • stepping up shouldn't be problem - but you might need 2 or more converters to cover that range of mm - which becomes a bit fiddly.

  • Raynox list dimension as 77mm x 40 mm so the 77mm is the O.D.

  • niiiice

  • thats awesum, what kind of shooting do you do?

  • lately, I do a couple small commissioned events, but otherwise just the shakey, substandard in-car videos for personal use.

  • Lol so where can i buy that hood! So do i need a step up ring like a 43mm to 52mm or something.

  • In Australia I got it from the Canon parts supplier 'Parts Overnight", otherwise Canon USA will sell it. The Australian part no is: "D52-0320-000 000" HOOD, LENS.

  • NICE RIG!
