This is such an amazing video. I live in India in a city just 250 kms away from Calcutta. It's such a sad feeling for me to know that this genius was in Calcutta and I hadn't heard of the event or of him at that point of time. If only I had gotten into guitar earlier I could have watched this genius in action. It'll remain a lifelong regret. RIP Shawn. And best wishes to MyShawnLaneVideos for keeping his spirit alive and allowing all of us to reach out to him. Cheers!

@MyShawnLaneVideos BTW a long time ago i ordered a shawn lane video. It was imported i think from japan im not too sure. It was a live version of powers of ten. I actually wanted the studio version but when i told the shop i wanted the cd i didnt specify studio version. Anyway they charged me 30 bucks for it.

The question is... do you think i was ripped off? This was about 2 years ago.

Are you sure that was a Live 'Video' of Powers of Ten you bought? Could you possibly describe it in more detail (are there any clips from it on YouTube?)

.... it's just that there have never been any 'official' live videos of Powers of Ten band released (unless you meant one of Shawn's Two Instructional videos, which have a few few bits of Live footage on them).
