  • Hi to all my fellow pagans and music lovers :) Take a look at my new youtube page for pagan and folk songs, the first being dedicated to Beltane - Happy Beltane one and all

  • Ps 40:4, blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods.

  • @mrcooldude964 Look who's talking, your user name is proud full, and your gods false, not one bit of proof Jesus was Even on earth.

  • Demon worship...

  • @disciplesofthecross how dare you! it is not demon worship!

  • @playgurl19957 Wanna bet?

  • @disciplesofthecross I'll take that bet.

The Goddess (most) Wiccans worship is a stripped down, sissyfied version of several ancient goddesses, most of whom were sociopaths.

    No rock'n'roll in their religion.

Christian demons, on the other hand, are either descended from Judiac ancestors, or villified gods of other cultures.

    No theistic relationship whatsoever.

  • @falconlord5 Demons are demons and wiccans worship demons...period.

  • @disciplesofthecross Ah, so you're one of those people.

What ya need to do sonny, is read a little. Read the Bible, the Ulster Cycle, and the Iliad (those are good starts) and you'll realize how wrong you are.

On a side note, I've proven you wrong according to most academia, and therefore demand recognition of this fact.

  • @falconlord5 You obviously are not a follower of Jesus Christ nor do you know anything about demons...

  • @disciplesofthecross Oh, I know something about demons, sonny, seeing as Mythology is one of my favourite subjects.

But you're right about the follower of Christ thing. I don't follow any god or man made religion (i.e. atheism), but rather mock them all for my nihilistic entertainment.

And you're still wrong! Dude, read. It's not that hard. I know it may seem difficult at first, but it's not really.

    And it's lots of fun!

  • @falconlord5 Good luck at the judgment...

  • @disciplesofthecross Eh, if you gotta go to hell, might as well enjoy the ride, no?

And I still proved you wrong.

  • @disciplesofthecross

Are you going with the "Wiccans Worship Demons but they just don't know they do" thing then?

Would you be rude enough to say so to a Hindu, or a Cherokee or a Shinto Priest? Probably not. You'll be respectfully polite on the matter of religion, or at least mention Christ without condemning their religion. It's what's done in polite society. Why pick on Wicca? Seriously...a mate of mine does this to me, but not to our Hindu friend. Why just Wiccans?

  • @loquatiousbadger Speaking truth isn't rude and I would speak truth to anyone God tells me to...without hesitation. I expose all false religions..not just wicca. Trust me, Jesus Christ isn't concerned about "being polite" in a society of demon worship...

  • @disciplesofthecross

    Well then. That's me told.

I reckon the next video you should comment on and "speak the truth" is a peaceful video about the recent Divali festival. They'll LOVE you there!

I rather think you hadn't thought of watching those and leaving "The Truth" in a comments box.

  • @loquatiousbadger Those who hate truth will hate anyone who preaches it. I have no problem preaching Christ to anyone God leads me to.

  • @loquatiousbadger Calm Badger . . . it's pointless arguing with people like that. Paganism is a path that encourages everyone to follow their *own* beliefs, even if they are not ours and they wish to make vain attempts to "convert" us. On this topic, open minded debate is healthy but argument utterly pointless so let disciplesofthecross believe what he will. After all, all gods and goddesses are simply different facets of the same gem ;-)

  • @alweneofavebury

I know it's pointless, but If I see really bad manners I don't let it slip. We are an easy target for nutters. They can, and do say this to our faces, but hide online to say this stuff to Muslims, Hindus and Bhuddists (and so on). The only folk they dare say it to are us, and poor unsupsecting tribes with little contact with the rest of the world!

I'd find it funny, but they actually do reserve their worst bile for the most peaceful religions simply because they are pagan.

  • @loquatiousbadger I just don't want you to raise your bp unnecessarily badger. I've been openly pagan for some 45 years now and experience has, in that time, taught me to leave the ill informed, the bad mannered and the bigots to the safe hands of karma. They really aren't worth damaging your health over ;-). Blessed be! )O(

  • @alweneofavebury

My BP is just fine thanks. I'm generally the most laid back person around. It's why I find it funny, rather than distressing to poke the morons now and then! It makes me feel...naughty!

I've been openly pagan for ooh...about 12 years now, and don't usually discuss paganism with other pagans. My age (nearly 26)means most of my pagan aquaintances are a bit on the dippy "Silver Ravenwolf" side. It's those "sensitive" soul's BP I worry about when confronted with morons.

  • @disciplesofthecross you know , WHATS THE MOTHER FUCK IS WITH YOU PEOPLE!!! How would you like me to say , DAMN JESUS! , and if u dun like it why do you even bother watching this ?

  • Witchfest looks freakin' awesome O_O Is it still running?!

  • @Soonni2k6 yes it's still going- it's organized by The Children Of Artemis and the next event takes place at Fairfield Halls, Croydon on 12/11/11..

  • Comment removed

  • oooohhh does anyone know the name of this song? it looks amazing.

    thanks for posting )0(

  • i think it's just called "Goddess Chant"

  • Wonder if they ever sing in major keys....

  • LOL! They like to keep it mystical..

  • Besides, minor keys are only sad/scary if you view them that way. Sometimes they are quite nice and actually when used the right way can even be joyful!

  • All colours are of the "mother" :-)

  • i guess thats true...

  • @faeryfan Even bright, neon pink?

Man, and I thought the Christians bad news.

  • Because they are a vocal band doing a performance rather than a coven doing a ritual.

  • Aah you're thinking in a Wiccan context, don't get me wrong there is no problem with Wiccans working with deities and honouring like Gaia but insisting that they have to that such an ancient diety has to conform to the colour code of something that's merely decades old (Wicca) is slightly limiting.

  • oops got some of my words muddled, apologies just come off night shift excuses excuses, off to bed!

  • They need you? No disrespect but isn't that a little bit pompous? Besides you'll often find that apart from some long standing methods and traditions(such as circle casting, quater calling, moving deosil in a circle ect and codes of etiquette (such as keeping what your coven gets up to CONFIDENTIAL!!) Different covens will have a lot of different practises so others for instance might work with the horned god as lord of the wild wood rather than lord of the flame and go for green.

  • Nicer than I'd have put it! I'm sick to death of these idiot children who read one book by $ilver Ravenwolf or some other fraud get together with their little friends in a so called coven playing at being adults and think they know it all.

  • Not all young witches are like that. I don't pretend to know everything. I know I'm still learning but I am trying.

  • One who thinks they know all. Simply know none. We all learn through out our lives. The day you stop learning is the day you die. I do not pretend to know everything. But I strive to learn what I can.

  • But if they didn't need you, would you worship them? If you didn't worship them, they wouldn't exist, so therefore any God of a religion needs its people.

And sharing things of covens can actually be a healthy contribute to your own. Trying something new now and then that you heard another did can sometimes bring fun, new, and even easier lessons people would learn and take home from.

  • To your first point I think you may have got your wires crossed, I was in fact commenting on PrettyWithPythons assertion that the vocal band in the video needed HER "very badly". As for confidentiality, with the blessing of the coven (most importantly that of the HPs) knowledge can be shared with other initiates but for practicle as well as escoteric reasons confidentiality is very much part of coven ettiquette and initiates generally take an oath to uphold it.

  • I'm sorry, its hard to follow comments correctly- this isn't the first time I've screwed up lol- I had just crossed so many posts "dissing" God and then the Goddess, and people screaming and junk about religions and "read the Bible!" I guess it was this page I decided to finally steam off on some of it.

  • @Hecatean How do crystals help ? Do you know anything about cottage witch ? I wanna change from practitioner to a herb person doing herb magic ... Do you have any advice HAHAHA xD

  • @d3vilnaruto Being more of a Ritual Magick sort the answer to all your questions is no, particularly the cottage witch thing..... sounds a bit of a Llellywn publishing $ilver Ravenwolf kind of thing.

  • @PrettyWithPythons our Mother is the creator of all things, and all colours are Hers.

  • Whats witchfest and wheres it at?

  • It's a large annual convention primarily for those who follow Wicca and Wicca inspired paths but Odinists, Druids, eclectic Pagans general occultists tend to come along too and are of course welcome as we tend to be at their events too plus those of other paths or indeed atheists anyone who'll behave and who has a ticket welcome too. You get stalls, talks entertainment. The main one takes place in Croydon in November followed by a further one in Croydon, one in Scotland and one in Wales.

  • Yeah, this in only for first few moments, - we like to create different atomospheres using mood, music and costume etc - we're nice though :-) not that creepy honest!!!

  • @faeryfan i enjoyed it. i wish you had a longer clip of this same song. thanks for the upload.

  • Creepy, yuck

  • I disagree entirely I find a charming lot. Some of their other tracks are more upbeat though.

  • I agree with in a way. It's very powerful and passionate, but the mood it gives off would best be for something very serious, like a ritual to cleanse your soul or dematerialize one's anger.

  • Not a bad band, not a bad dancer but they didn't work together. It's a bit like someone trying to ballet dance to Mettalica.

  • Wow, just wow.. awesome vibrations..

  • M M

  • I went to the Beltane Bash where they performed this along with some of their older stuff the energy was amazing!

  • were is witchfest do it realy exist

  • Erm yes the main one takes place in Croydon, south London around November with a further three taking place around the UK

  • Aye it's in the UK I'm afraid but I imagine there's be similiar events in the US.

  • what about in Australia?

  • Not entirely certain, if you google Witchvox that's an excellent site with all sorts of info about conferences and so forth you might have some luck there.

  • Witchfest? When is this? I want to go to this! This looks so much more interesting than Frenzy!

  • wonderful! So powerful. I love it, I celebrate it, the more the merrier.

I have a song caleld ( I'm a Witch an You're) Superstitious. I hope you will want to come and see it. Blessed Be

  • love it

  • and yeah would love to see it all

  • This rocks on so many levels. the energey is so amazing. My only complaint is that I want to see the whole thing :p. awesome

  • hey anyone that feels like giving me info n wicca i would appreiciate it

  • Magicka School is a good site to start on and also The Children of Artemis, who run Witchfest in the UK.

    BB

  • For Wiccan History Professor Ronald Hutton's "triumph of the moon" is unmatched for practicle stuff "Circle of Fire" by David Rankine and Sorita D'este is worth a look but avoid most Llewellyn stuff!

  • lovely garments, :)

    and attitude!

  • i was there people but not in this part of it i was in the bar but i didnt know about this opening

  • We didn't know we were opening either until we got there!!! it was a real honour for us

    BB :-)
