I think L is a MUCH better lyricist than G Rap. G raps a good lyricist but I can't think of one rapper that out shines L lyricism thats evident on every track he's ever been on.

If anything, he's underrated. And anyway, you can't judge someone just by their albums. You have to look at all of their work. That's just my opinion.
