In Austria are too many racing pigeons out of control. They´re attacking people in the city when they don´t get food from them. The reason was a accident in austrias biggest racing pigeon factory. Over 500.000 racing pigeons escaped during a fire. Now they are torturing the city Wien. Its horrible

It belongs to a group of breeds called "owl pigeons" you can google it to confirm, the exact breed of this one I don't know.
