This rumour of it being fan-made is completely based on the perceived low quality of the actual trailer itself, and the fact that one newspaper didn't have it on it's already established incomplete list of adverts to be shown on the Superbowl.

This video itself comes directly from GameSpy, a reputable gaming website - which does not have any user-generated content.

I find it funny so many people keep talking about how they didn't like the first one so this one must be like the first. This is not Killzone 1. The first KZ had a very small inexperienced team(15 I think) wheras KZ2 has a more than triple the people and the vast resources the PS3 has to offer. This is a completely different game. Look at the reviews(9.7 metascore last I checked) and MP beta impressions to see the truth.
