  • Excellent exercise!! Works just about everything with minimal time. I like this variation on a sissy squat and believe it to be ergonomically safer on the knees, back etc than the traditional one.

  • I don't think this is a sissy squat. If you look up "Vince Gironda Sissy Squat" you'll see it.

  • combo movements have their place. you have to realize that some personal training clients don't really want to handle heavy weights. they just need to get moving.

  • Another perfect example that ANY ONE can be a "personal Trainer"

    a) looks nooothing like a sissy squat

    b) what's the point of combining these two exercises when you can burn a ton more calories super setting a real sissy and a lateral raise using much more weight for each?

    hmmm let me guess, training balance? cute.
