you don't necessarily have to cut the edge with a scallop edger or anything... I've done this folding at every 1/2 inch mark on my Scor-Pal, no fancy edging tool, & my "fan fold flower" looks fine.

The adhesive sheet I used was from Stix2. Other companies sell similar product.
The Grid Paper is sold by Stampin' Up!. It has measurements and paper grids on every sheet, making aligning your projects easy.
