Jonny: Don't know if you check comments, seems you started skiing at 5 y/o and then went hardcore. I attached my 6 year on a practice, 1st 2 minutes moguls on ski boards for balance skills. He really seems ahead of any other kids in our area, but mogol comps aren't around our area. If you could review, do you think he has a natural talent that I assume you had at this age? Advice on getting started? Thanks!
@xXmxrider21Xx Haven't you been watching the olympic games? That is all it is. I'm not saying that it is easy because that is all it is. These guys have incredible speed in their hips and knees to be able to keep their body still while their knees pop up and down into the holes.
@OlliMSa well i snowboard so im not very famialar with moguls but i thought there bumps and you try to stomp your tricks and make your knees act as suspension
Hi , this awesome moguls simulation for the a dry land training, but i think it is a little bit risky for knee problems , cause of the hard impact and no sliding- skidding. Of course you make it look easy :) Other than that your a great skier! Greetings from Greece.
Damn "Big Air", that looks killa' !!! The old knees are holding up and I'm gonna try this on the "Exorcist Steps" in Washington, DC several times before I hit Alpine Meadows. "Dinner Roll" here I come !!!
I wish I would have had this in my arsenal for summer training. Cycling was fine during the summer and soccer was fun, but this sure would have beaten running! And would have made me a much better mogul skier also.

@xXmxrider21Xx because he is going through the motion of skiing moguls.... it's summer training.
if he were skiing moguls on that exact run he would look almost the exact same... except more knee bending..

looks like a good workout i'd be worried a bit about hyper extending an ankle/tendon.

does this training help with muscle memory or just help strengthen the quads?
davidgree1 2 years ago
both. helps with eye/foot/leg coordination. being able to judge the precise moment to push and pull.
jonnymo415 2 years ago
OMG this is so amazing: what a training !!!
The last run is so perfect.
One question: what is the most difficult, in the dust or on real snow ?
Anyway, I'm still a big fan. ;-)
