Its not dutch roll, its a danish. You've all been had. Dutch rolls like that can only happen at high speeds. At slower speeds such as this, the plane's control surfaces would produce very small deviations from the plane's flightpath. It would be barely visible even close up.

It seems like they have an overly sensitive rudder, one touch in either direction and is swings out to its limit. And since you are trying to control the rudder with your feet it is hard to be really precise. The Boeing 737 had a rudder issue and 4 of them crashed before they worked it out. No a/c design is perfect, no manufacturer is flawless.

Over 1000 of them have been made and there have been 110 incidents involving these airplanes, but out of these only a few have been from technical problems rather than Stinger missiles, suicide bombers, fautly flight control info, overloading, pilot errors etc.
