I'm also Dutch, and I'm pro European Constitution. I read it all the way, and though there are some bad point in it, there are a lot of good one too.

I don't get why people want to vote against it so badly, because right now, Europe is still one giant mess. We're all some loose countries trying to work together, but meanwhile, we fight all the time about little things. I think it's time to unite Europe, and grow it.
