'kirk and spock;shatner and nimoy' were on perry mason before star trek as well---many people played various roles on shows when t.v. was in its infancy
Wil Wright & Bert Convey...a couple of extremely talented actors! Not only did the late great Mr Convy have quite a career later as a game show host, he had a very successful career on Broadway (even appearing in the original run of the musical "Cabaret"!). THANKS for sharing this delightful clip with us! Perry Mason is my all time favorite TV show. Top notch in every dept! :)
Thank you...Thank you...Thank you. I was looking for more episodes and you answered my entertainment itch. You rock. Perry Mason, old as the episodes are, never fails to deliver.
Old Mr. Will Wright was on Perry Mason several times. I liked him as crabby Ben Weaver on the Andy Griffith Show. He was in alot of good movies and tv shows in the 50's and 60's.
I watch the reruns of this 'CLASSIC' show every weeknight. It is my hope to find it on DVD.

@49jubilee t.v. was hardly in its infancy... This was the Golden Age of Television. It's been all downhill since about the late 1970's.

Too bad Bert Convy died so young. I really liked watching him on Tattletales and The Match Game - he was funny.
