the reason its shooting so fast is he is using cheap light weight bbs if he uses .20g bbs its will drop even more

As stated in the video, the first rating was obtained using .12g seamless UHC bbs which gives the airsoft rifle its MAX rating. The lower FPS rating was obtained using .20g Premium UHC bbs which is the recommended weight for airsoft AEGs of this power rating. .20g bbs & higher will increase accuracy and will shoot straighter down range.
