My father fought in Iraq as a Combat Medic in the Army back in 04-05. I witnessed him Fighting his own war back home...Its 2011 now and he still hasn't settled his mind. He saved alot of lives and for that I love him forever. Love ya pops.

Great video ! People who are non patriotic dont believe the soldiers, airmen, sailors, marines, and coasties deserve the treatment they need to live a life without conflict. i have a few friends ( all marines ) who've come home with physical , mental, and even spiritual conflict. Im not trying to create any arguments among the people but as a son of a united states marine, ive been raised to honor what we have and never let the enemy of any kind take that away.

as a OEF/OIF veteran with PTSD this song means alot to me. Awesome job on the video. when i got out in late 03 noone was prepared for us to get out. So they just tossed us into the streets with no help. and yes since that time i have been in countless bar fights, dont really have friends anymore (other than my Ranger buddies), because people dont understand what we've done.

You're right, as someone who hasn't served and been where you have, I can't understand an iota of what you've seen and been through.

But straight from the heart, you have no idea of the amount of respect I hold for you, and people like you for doing it. This country cannot say "thank you" enough for doing what you, and others, have done.

I have a friend who was hit by a bomb in his humvee in '06 (he survived), it really hit home when he came back, and put everything in a new light for me.
