  • Screw you virus! A. Its not nitro its a gas engine that he modified to fit on there, B. Nitro is more fun and sounds funner than electric, not to mention having to charge the stupid batteries. And C he was just building stuf for fun, so bite me and go play with your little crap rc cars that you probably dont even understand the workings of anyway.

  • WHAT A GUTLESS PIECE OF SHIT! WHY DO PEOPLE EVEN BOTHER WITH NITRO CARS ANYMORE?? YOUR SO BEHIND THE TIMES!

IT'S ALL ABOUT ELECTRIC BRUSHLESS NOW, THEY ARE SOOOO MUCH FASTER AND MORE POWERFUL PLUST THERE IS SO MUCH LESS MUCKING AROUND, TUNING AND TRYING TO GET THE STUPID THINGS TO START! AND YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR NITRO FUEL.

GET WITH THE TIMES, IF I TAPPED THE THROTTLE ON MY BRUSHLESS IT WHEEL STANDS CAUSE ITS GOT BALLS!

I WOULD LOVE TO RACE YOU WITH YOUR HEAVY, SLOW PIECE OF CRAP!

  • thats kinda pointless to do to such a nice buggy..... just gives it alot of toque and no top-end speed..... maybe try a 2-3 speed tranny?. also if u get it to go faster u will need to find a way to lower the vertical CG...with that big gas engine stickin out the top i'm sure it rolls easily and makes the spark plug vulnerable to damage in a roll. try laying the engine on its side!. if u take my advice let me know i wuld like to see finished product.remember---->(constructive criticism)

  • that s2 was a nice kit... I remember the body looked nicer then the original

  • what cc is mine it does 60-70 mph please rply some 1

  • pretty cool man, do you have a mill machine for the parts or what?, you gears seem a bit short for speed but it works pretty good.

  • He just replaced the origin Nitro Engine with a fuelie.

He's slow because the fuelie has half the rpm range.

  • i got a e-maxx with the mamba motors and the lipo and that thing is fast enough... my buddy made an electric car with the weed eater motor he got that thing pretty fast after a little tweaking

  • my rc car is faster than that

  • @lillaoskilla looked on your page for your "faster car" and found nothing. just a bunch of posts of you talkin shit about every one elses videos. imagine that, a 15 year old kid talkin shit. put up or shut up kid

  • lol i only have a 20cc one my bike! :(

  • looks like you should go offroad

  • im taking the electronics out of my e-maxx and installing a weed wacher engine in it

  • sweet. Be sure to make a video of it when your done.

  • ok i will

  • how much for all of it us price plz

  • sweet.

how did you get the power to the backwheels?

i have a 49cc strimmer engine i wanna put in mine.

  • I used a chain drive from the clutch to the rear diff. input shaft. The chain and sprockets I used were #25 pitch (the same as they use on the pocketbikes).

  • Could use some tuning, its a little rich on the HSN. Great job man, dont matter what is powering it, as long as YOU made it work!

Now tell me, what did us use to reduce the gearing?? I did the same mod with a tmaxx, but couldnt get it geared down enough... Went stupid fast once it got wound out, lol.

  • Thanks. I reduced the gearing by using a small chain drive from the clutch to the engine, the same pitch as pocketbike chain. I used a 6 tooth pocketbike sprocket on the clutch and an 11 tooth sprocket mounted onto the rear diff drive cup.

  • it roars like a lawn mower but it also looks fast.... cool

  • how much would u charge me to make me wone jus like this one

  • Sorry mate but this was just a one off. Thanks for your interest though :)

  • Very nice. Love it.

  • thanks for the help ill c if it works cheers

  • Hey great car youve inspired me to do the same but ive stumbled across a problem when i start the engine the throttle servo goes nuts and im not sure why would you be able to help im not sure if it is because of my fale safe i havent tryed taking it off as yet

  • Hmm It might be because the batteries in the transmitter or reciever are not charged fully. If not, then you should try a different spark plug and make sure that there is nothing metal rattling on the car.

  • Yea, it will be flat batteries, or interferance from metal rattling on metal, like throttle linkages etc. Most likely your batteries.

  • Nice work. Looks like youve done a good job with it. I love seeing project cars. And i imagine ,as youve said, the fuel cost and run times would be sweet, and the fact you could flog that engine all day with no issues.

  • Thanks. At the moment I am half way through building another car which will be even more reliable :)

  • Sweet, what is the new car going to be? Its it a kit or pre built car with a transplanted engine? Or you building the whole thing from scratch? Keep us posted on your projects. I love seeing this stuff. Do you have all your projects up somewhere else? Facebook or something? Would like to see your toys up a little closer. If so could you message me your facebook details. Thanks.

  • Dude, that is awesome.

  • Thankyou.

  • very true look up hyper 7's they rip these and so does mine thats no realli home made u need bigger prockets n stuff real gear for home made thats jus a slow hyper 7

  • To be honest I really dont care about your hyper 7. 'Congratulations, you own exactly the same car as another few thousand people in Australia'. Feel special?

  • na not very good engine is 2 big

best off with like a .28 get alot faster

and more fuel efficient then that

  • You need to remember that this was the very first version of the car. Back then it was nothing compared to what it is now. Yes I admit it is not very fast in this video, but why don't YOU try making somehting like this amd see how it works the first time you drive it...

BTW, your wrong about fuel efficiency too. The run times I get on this thing are incredible, and fuel is also a tenth of the price of nitro.

  • It looks pretty fast to me 0.o good work :) makes me want to build one myself! :D

  • Thanks!

  • does it need to be tuned up a lil?

  • that thing is the best!i wanna make one!

  • is it 2wheel rearwheel drive in this video because by the way its spins out it looks like the car is way to weighted in the rear which makes it drift a lot.

  • texas chain saw on wheels

  • nice

  • Thanks

  • where did you get thr clutch?

  • The clutch came with the engine. Any good quality trimmer engine will come with a clutch already.

  • The top speed now with the new gearing and 4WD conversion is about 40mph when the engine is properly tuned.

  • hedge trimmer..

  • yeh! it does sorter sound like a weed wacker!

  • it sounds like a weed wacker dude

  • whats the max speed in mph can this go?

  • I think it sounds cool.

  • cool nice one

  • Hi, ever think about use airplane gasoline engine?

  • hey you can put a x can much better sound and a small sprocket cus you need acceleration for that........ and nice job

  • Very nice

  • does it have brakes

  • Nice build. saw the thread on rcu.

  • yea cool but dont dig that chinsaw sound thou try some exhaust experiments you will be suprised!!

  • nice work man looking good

    -hard rubbish-

  • Comeon lets see some close ups and one long fullthrottle run.

  • Awesome, you made me want to make one :p

  • thanks guys. There is a new video coming soon with a re-tuned engine and monster truck wheels. Stay tuned...

  • that is so sweet nice job

  • nice job man
