Awesome stuff. I am using a fender strat 57 reissue as well. Do you have a V shaped neck? I have a V shaped neck and seems to me that the bends die out much quicker. Also what effects/pedals are you using for the distorted sound?

in this video the neck is Fender vintage 57' reiusse and PU is Fender 50's... now replaced with custom shop 69' and SSL-5 on bridge :)

Sì sente tantissimo il suono dell'ampli fender, soprattutto sul pulito quella specie di clunk, fantastico bel suono... Pero' lo aprirei un po' col pickup in terza posizione, DG lo usava lì in questa parte mi sembra...

assolutamente si 3° posizione, anche se non sempre... in pompei e album sicuramente si, in altri live cambia, vedi anche quelli recenti di OAI ...

cmq a breve vedrò di registrare una altra versione con un Fuzz face (BC108) e PU centrale.

mmm è vero, ho notato riguardando il live alla Royal Albert Hall... pero' i suoni che usa nei live recenti non mi piacciono molto, amo quelli di Pulse e comunque anche quelli più sobri, meno effettatti di pompeii....
