if you have cork road bed just bus them togeter and pu the track exactly in the middle and all trains will work on it as long as your don`t run sharper than 18 inch radius

Yes it is. I have only riden Amtrak once and when I did it was 4 hours late to leave Seattle because they had hit a car in Tacoma. Also just about every time a see a P-42 it has a big dent on the front.....where they hit a car.

The crossing is nearly on a curve. How would they have had a chance to slow down? Even if they would have slowed down it would have been way to late to do much good.

Chris would have to answer this question. He owns nearly everything you see in the entire video. I do know that it wasn't cheap. Everything shot in this video is HO scale.

Cop car was made from a BUSCH police car, MICROTRONICS light bar with LED lights. Total cost around $35.

The state patrol car did NOT come with the lights. My friend (who owns the layout and was operating it) installed the lights in the car himself. It looks even better seeing it up close!

I built the crossing with the grade crossing kit from Walthers. The signals are all walthers used with the new Walthers signal system. The roads are all made of sanded wood.
