i did alot of blue berry picking this year. I like wild blueberries. they are smaller but I think taste 10 times better in my opinion. we freeze them and eat them throughout the winter season. it hard work picking,takes a long time but so worth it.

$2.00 for 25 seeds + shipping. If you do this yourself, 1 pint of blueberries can yeild over 1,000 seeds.

I am hooked on blueberry juice....I drink equivalent to one cup a day....have to drink the pure stuff though..a lot of juices out there have added sugar and color...Just don't consume with milk as I have read from many websites that it takes away from the nutritional benefits.

I eat about a bag of organic wild blueberries from trader joe's every day and when I don't after about a couple of weeks I notice the difference. when I do, I feel smarter and my skin is beautiful and my bowels are in great shape. I'm totally obsessed but I notice that I get sleepy after I eat them in the morning so now I eat them at night.
