They both are amazing I love the size of the 9000 but the hard where 9700 is better in my opinion. Trackballs are a thing of the past

It runs on edge so its amazing. I have wifi and gps on all day and it makes it thru with half battery left at the end of the night.

I used to have the iPhone, and litterally thd day that the original came out, I was at the Apple store in line, and then I got the 3G, but I've grown sick of the iphone, and then decided to go blackberry for a little bit, I'm currently using a BlackBerry 8310, and then going to upgrade to the 8900 for AT&T soon, I'm really excited, because the new OS looks great, and that screen looks amazing!!!!

Yes and No. The software does not but there is third party software that does and putting in media is a breeze.

idk im 13 and i have an iphone but i am really sick of the touchscreen and i cant decide to get this the coming soon onyx or the bold for my birthday. with the new os and the app world for blackberry it should be a pretty fun phone. I hae a mac and thats the only thing im worried about

my birthday is June 5th. I like the palm and the interface looks awesome but i think it would be kind of like the iphone with all its freezing problems and that. And it is a touch screen which i would get tired of. but now the new curve 8900 is for att too. I think thats what ill be getting at this point. And i would sacrafice 3g for a better camera and video recording.

Yes u can! But for some reason it makes it crash every now and then but it plays them.

well i think you need a data package. But every blackberry comes with blackberry msg witch is a free im for all blackberry users but only works with other blackberry users.

To be honest right now nothing. I am currently syncing my contacts and calendars with google sync and if you plug in youre 8900 you can just drag and drop the music and video. To be honest I dont see why they dont make the user tools for the mac.

they have "missing sync" for blackberry's if u have a mac. I'm pretty sure thats what my dad is using with his Storm and it syncs your iTunes and everything.

Yeah I tried it out and it just would not work right. And in Windows you can backup the phone and update the phone missing sync does not do that. I dont know why it does not work with mac!

I have not heard the Bold's speakers but the curves are really impressive go check them out at tmobile store you def will be impressed.
