Chris(shorter guy) has been a wall st guy for years whilst DR has been associated with the Van Tharp institution for years-id guess the system would rotate in/out of etf's on a relative strength basis vs SPY on an intermediate term (weekly/montly) whilst using the major market indices as a benchmark to assist in the asset allocation decision.A reasonabe,safe model ,though im not sure its the best in the world!
