You can get a track ball mouse, it's basically 1 big mouse but it's a ball, size of a baseball, look at trackball mouse into Google images. There's a whole range of them that would benefit you. Hope you all the best.

@D3gSoldi3r i don't think a trackball would be much help because he'd have to keep moving his head back and forward to keep rolling the ball, whereas here he basically uses the mouse normally....except with his chin

My sister is hemiplegic (Can only use her left side, but hers is nowhere near as far along as Gareth's) By age 10 her half hearted punches could bruise my arm badly because only being able to use that arm efficently, it became 4x as strong to adapt. The human mind and body are always amazing.
