I give this to them as a treat once in awhile. You can give them cucumber, romaine lettece, orange, apple slices anything you can think of. I would do it like twice a week. My fish eat Hiakia goldfish pellets plus flakes, blood worms and algae wafers. They like variety in their diet.
great video! i never new comet goldfish would eat chicken even veggie chicken, do u think i should try this with my larger koi fish and seven inch comets??? hope u had a great happy thanks giving, how many fish do u own by the way??? glad some one out there appreciates the hard work and dedication i have for my fish
Thanks, it was fun to make, They are opportunistic eaters, My fish also like apples, fruit wedges, cucumbers (-: I give them a treat twice a week. The extra nutrition is good for them. Long as the veggie meat is soft your fish can munch. I have 4 comets raised by Granny Zip my old minnow and a new baby minnow named Blink.
@sweetvegan74 do u thinki should try thiswith my fish inmy two indoor ponds, theyseem to not eats lot of the conventional fish food igive them and cleaniong all the uneaten food is a ton of work i have about twenty comets and koithat are at least 6 inches from tip o tail
