  • the speed of presentation is just too fast...he's even panting...try to do these on your own and see if you don't revisit the video..too many concepts in a min...

  • Dear Sir,

yes, now I know what to say to the boss.

    thanks Peter

  • Man this instructor is a God

  • just a superb instructor!

  • Just a pleasure to listen!! Style and format are superb!!

  • Thank you Dr. Sadoway/M.I.T.

  • me and my friends were talking about this over pancakes

  • Is it possible to speak to the lecturer? I am very impressed with his knowledge and his teaching methods and believe he will be very interested in hearing what I have to show him that I have discovered. I have basically done what has always been considered and believed to be an impossibility; I would very much like this teachers feed back. I have proof for my claims. If this lecturer/fellow Canadian will entertain correspondence I know he will be very impressed. professorjoseph@hotmail.com

  • @professorjoseph To be frank, you sound like some sort of free energy nut.

  • This guy is clearly pumped on chemistry. Awesome video.

  • i love this.

  • he has a very amusing and intellectual style of presenting chemical science. loves it.

  • MIT is wonderful; I wish our University taught at this level.

  • Why the change from the natural log to base 10 log in the second order equations? Shouldn't those plots be ln, not log?

  • some people feel more comfortable with base 10?

  • In the simple differential equation, one must integrate 1/x, which is the natural logarithm. For compounding interest, to double is to take ln 2, which is 69 (similar to the Rule of 72). At 5% interest, it takes 14 years to double (69/5).

  • when he writes and talks about log, he actually means the natural log, i.e ln :)

p.s: he never talked about the base of his log, so how do you assume its 10?

by the way, i prefer base 2 haha ;)

  • nice presentation !!!

  • Thank god for MIT.

  • Please don't mix religion with science !
