Hell that kind of stuff is routine at Philadelphia Park, a real dogshit track. Crooked as hell, doped horses, conspiring veterinarians, high takeout, organized crime executives. Anyone who bets there is an ass. Over 30% takeout on multi-horse and multi-race bets.
The horse racing industry is slowly dieing and this doesnt help. Im a big race fan but you see it a number of race tracks where attendence sucks. With all the off track betting you dont have to be at the track to anymore. A number of tracks have less horses entering and when you start having a 7 race card thats not very good.
Casinos are taking over as another form of gambling/entertainment. Its too bad cuz I would rather be at the track.
@COUNTRYROADZ its only dieing in the states. its bigger than ever in the uk and ireland, its on channel 4 every satuday all afternoon and sumtimes throughout week and the race courses are allways busy, plus we have more than one kind of racing, we have flat racing on grass and dirt, plus we also have hurdles and fences. and the horses are treated with more respect than the jockeys
To GODSEND and HOLYBULZ. I don't know much about your arguement. But I can see GODSEND saying Philly Park racing does alright because of the casino. If this is about casino. Yes it does fine. If it's about racing. IT IS HORRIBLE! The last Philly Park handle Sept 7th was $63,000!!!!! That is the pits. No one is even there playing the horses. I have been there before. Jocks hitting each other with their stick and/or pulling at stirrups were a couple of other dirty tricks employed once upon a time. And, let's not forget using your mount as interference! I still think Angel Cordero robbed the racing world of a Triple Crown by carrying Genuine Risk wide in the final turn. Inquiry!!!

santos did bad mouth vazs mom. first santos bumped vaz by accident then vaz thought santos was behind him and came out bumping santos also by accident. then santos starting screaming "f*k u" "u motherf*kr!" n vaz said "yo calm down take it easy" santos "go f*k ur mom! shes a f*king whore!" vaz lost it and swung at him. santos swung back. vaz hit em with the stick. end of story. both were wrong. but vaz didnt intently go after santos. he was provoked. still doesnt

What racetracks actually have good attendence. Maybe like 5-10 nationwide, and they only have short meets. That casino is not cutting out the racetrack- no chance

Yup,and they do under $90,000 a day in handle at Philly with no one watching. Won't be long now before the casino lobbys to cut off racing and expand casino.

Is this seriously put up by TVG? If it was, it's a little disingenuine for their "talking heads" on air talk about how awful and indignant they feel about the incident, and they make so light of it by adding sound effects to the clip. Doesn't surprise me! If it's true, I would expect nothing less from their organization.

this is true, but it will not hold up in court. the " he said she said" doesnt work in court. My moms boyfriend owns Mi helena, the one santos road. what happened was santos by accident bumped inot vas's horse(this happens all the time). and vas got mad and rammed mi helena and then they got into the fist fight. they both should be banned from Philadelphia race track. So thats what reaLLY happened. what anyone else says is bs
