Unless that thing at the end is incised, the bottom beneath the skin removed down to the bottom of it and send it to the lab for studies, no way to tell there is NOT some cancer or at least suspicious cells in there. Just taking the top off as is done in the photo, just about guarantees that it will grow back again.
