To be fair it looks really doctored. The picture taker comes timely out of nowhere and aggressively stomps on the button to take a picture that's perfectly in focus and framed. Also that huge resolution image flies over to that billboard way too quickly, especially if it was done wirelessly. Can't know for sure but looks fake as hell to me.
