@frankyeblaze However, Owl City does display some talent with "Fireflies". It is very original both musically and lyrically speaking. And it does have a nice ring to it. Good hook and a pretty good message as well (if you understand it) Basically it is a song about enjoying the simplest things in life. Like fireflies.

@TommyLommi They both need each other, they play off each other. Of course this is hard to notice because they always play together. Malcolm sets Angus up so well for his solo's, that makes them even better.

Take Shoot to Thrill for example. They play off each other the whole song to the climax, then there's the insanely simple but effective bridge, followed by Angus and Malcolm coming back in for another climax.
