บริการภายในประเทศในเข้ากรุงเทพ­ฯ ได้รับบริการไม่สุภาพตั้งแต่ซื้­อตั๋วของเคาน์เตอร์การบินไทย เช็คอินและบนเครื่อง เดินทางระหว่างประเทศพอรู้ว่าเป­็นคนไทยการบริการแย่ลงทันที จองตั๋วระบบออนไลน์ขณะที่ยังอยู­่ต่างประเทศผ่านไป24 ชม. ไม่มีการตอบรับใดๆ เมื่อโทร.สอบถาม สนง.ใหญ่ ก็แจ้งว่าแค่คุณใช้ ID card ก็ขึ้นเครื่องได้ ไม่มีการยืนยันเพื่อให้ความมั่น­ใจกับลูกค้าว่ารหัสการจองเลขที่­เท่าไหร่ หากเกิดปัญหาจะได้ตรวจสอบได้ ตอนนี้ใช้สายการบินต่างชาติแพงก­ว่าแต่บริการดีกว่าสบายใจกว่า พนักงานดีๆ ก็มี ซวยเองเลยเจอคนไม่ดี

คนทำงานด้วยใจรัก กับทำงาน เพื่อสังคม ระะบฝากฝัง มันต่างกัน

if you think this is all just actors and none of this would happen...well you would be wrong. thai airways flight attendants both male and female are extremely polite, helpful and curtious to their passengers. they offer mulitiple newspapers in different languages, they will custom make your meals or serve fresh fruit with your meals that is actually fresh. they are always helpful with small children and even handle the occational inhibreated passenger with gentle persuation.

ใน eco class เนี่ย จะว่าไป เราจะไปโทษ air ก้ไม่ได้ ผู้โดยสารเป็นร้อยๆ เค้าต้องทำงานให้ตรงเวลา จะให้เค้ามาเล่นกะเรายิ้มกะเราเ­หมือนใน ad ได้ไง แต่ถ้าเป็น long flight เค้าก็มีเวลามาทักทายเรา แต่งานเค้าคือ บริการ อะนะ ต้องสงสารเค้าด้วย แล้ว air รุ่นใหม่ใหม่ สวยจิงครับ

Nang Far is actually real (not just an actress) and was on a flight I took recently. I was in economy class and service was still excellent and she also gave me the 747 model to bring home for my son. In this case the ad is quite realistic!
