May i use slipper clutch from db01 on my cyclone or HPI Pro3?

And if it's still necessary to use your conversion with that clutch?

@RicardBurns Yes, you still need the basic CS setup. I don't think the db01 will fit into the cyclone because of the placement of the pulleys maybe it will work with sprint 2.

do you use both one-way diff and one-way pulley? or just a one-way diff? and is your rear diff locked?

i've been wanting to make a counter steer drifter for some time now.

No one way pulley or one way diff in both setup.

We have open diff in the front and spool in the rear.

Although oneway is very easy to drive but, its unpredictable sometimes.

I use the brakes for weight shifting and I can't do the same driving with oneway.

What are chassis do you have now?

thats the thing with a one-way i love to use the brakes to shift the weight and to pro long a drift, but with a one way i can't do that or else i'll spin out.

all this time i thought u had a 1-way in ur countersteer videos.

but since u don't, is it even possible to go straight?

i was thinking of having a front brake disc system attached to the front differentials like what they have on nitro cars. that way i can have a one way pulley and still have the braking effects.

Ta04 that's a nice chassis, its very easy to convert to counter steer setup and you can also use the slipper clutch from db01 kit. just like the d-max videos

you can still drive straight but, not recommended for drag racing.

I have use oneway pulley in some of my videos but, I will never use oneway in comp event.

The D-max video has been deleted by user.

what the clutch does is, it makes the front end keeps from slipping while the rear keeps from spinning. it makes the burn out even looks real. checkout this video ( CS Drift in TAIWAN.wmv ) its almost similar to the d-max video but, these guys they use one way front and spool rear.

Are you sure that user uses one way on front? I believe that he uses slipper clutch on front ... you know?

@ninoalcamo Thats what he said on his videos only oneway and spool. He's running shaft so if he's using a clutch it would be placed in the back near the spur.

But, then only 2 cars on the video that can do the d-max style. Ask for photo close up.

and I believe that red fc in Speedway Pal video... has slipper clutch too
