go on ebay and type in premask. you can get different widths. I use 14". the surface must be very smooth due to the low tack of that material. It takes practice cutting through it as well. a sharp xacto blade is a must. I also use a padded roller to press it to the board for better contact. It works good for me.
What do you use for your masking material? I used blue tape right now and that works, but I would love to find something wider like what you use there.
I had to create it. I used graphics software to redraw the logo so I could have just the outlines and using a large format printer, I printed it out at full size then placed it over some poster board and with an xacto knife, I cut it out to make a stencil so I could transfer the outlines exactly the same every time on my masking material. then cut out and peel away the areas to paint. It was a bit of work, but now I have an awesome stencil. Sorry there's no easy answer.

When you peel the premask off does it give you a clean line every time or do you have to touch it up sometimes?
