Buy a fluoride water filter for your home, whether it be a whole house filter or just for your kitchen sink (drinking water). The cheap filters by Brita and other brands don't touch fluoride. Also consider natural toothpaste, basicly a mixture of baking soda, salt and glycerin (this is available from your local drug store. Adding glycerin forms a paste.) Store at room temperature.

keep in mind that there is no filter that removes fluoride. at best they will reduce it to 0.5ppm. some ionizers claim that the fluoride will go out of the acidic stream. that is incorrect. about half will go through the acidic and the alkaline will have fluoride in it. the only thing known to remove 92%-98% of fluoride is reverse osmosis. i just installed mine. so far so good :)
