I have a deviated septum since I was born I'm twelve now and the doctor said I would get it fixed when I'm older I broke my nose and they might have to set it back in place at the doctors could they fix my deviated septum at the same time

I broke my right side of my nose about 3 years ago in a fight, had it popped out but not fully repaired. Then a few days ago i broke the bridge of my nose more on my left side of my nose, when a pole flew into my nose, know my nose looks a little shitty. Hopefully i can get it fixed.

:( I can understand, I hope a miracle happens and it gets fixed and you then wouldn't need a surgery, I hope you are just feeling it and it isn't broken. I have a septum and its horrible to think about surgery.

apparently i've got a deviated septum i always wondered why it went to one side. The thing is i'm a singer so will fixing it make it better cause i'l be able to breathe properly or will it make it worse cause my singing teacher said people get screwed when they brake their nose.. but my nose is already like that :S lol! lost haha x

i broke my nose about 9 months ago and i think i deviated the septum....i can only breathe through one nostril and it really sucks when i get a cold because breathing through it at all is virtually impossible....=(

I took an upper cut to the nose about 6 years ago and I'm finally going to get it check out by a specialist. I don't understand why the hospital didnt talk about the possibilities of nose problems and should seek a specialist after the broken nose is healed.

ive broken mine 5 times mostly from soccer balls hitting me in the face and the rest from me being an idiot and my nose still hurts like hell even though the last time i broke it was about 4 months ago ( and i cant breath properly through my nose which isnt good for some1 with asthma

i got jumped the other month and 6 lads where stampng on my face, ever since my nose is really big and one nostril is bigger than the other and the nasal septum is bent inside, should i see a doctor or is there something i cand do to fix it?

Jimmy I was boxer from 6yrs old until 16.My nose was never broken,but I did get alot of bloody nose in the sport.Even after i quit boxing and into my adulthood,i could never breath thru my nose.Finaly i went to doc,and i had deviated septum.I had surgery,and i breath perfectly now.And yes u will need surgery to correct deviated septum.

i had a septoplasty to fix my septum, but my nose got messed up AGAIN... so now i have to have another surgery...

anyway, ive been to lazy to go back and go under the knife, so I've been trying to perform manual surgery on myself (lol)... havent had much success, although sometimes I experience temporary relief.

either im helping my nose, or seriously fucking it up... we'll see.

i had my septum deviated and my nose fractured a little ! my doctor put it back to place but about the fracture he did nothing he didnt put nothing protecting my nose is that bad?
