The 'worthless' you speak of is exactly what makes the spells shine. They cost MUCH less than anything else more powerful, and are still pretty up there in power with only 1 blood rune and 1 death rune put up, making it more reasonable for practical uses such as slayer, barrows, ect where players don't really want to spend tons of money to be casting. It's much cheaper than anything stronger in ancients, or the arena spells, while being significantly cheaper. I believe this was a good addition.

These would be great for metallic dragons! It would be nice if they could add some more graphical improvements to them though.
