and at the start of Hogans first championship run he battled Macho Man several times and Savage won by countout, DQ and almost won by pinfall. then 4 yrs later they were battling at WrestleMania 5 for real.

One of the best fueds ever, since it was based on a real hatred and 2 of the most popular performers of that era.
