PSN should pay us to use it. Nobody has a mic and it can't even handle Gran Turismo's 500,000 users without having to shut down the servers. You actually have to disconnect from the PSN to get GT5 to load properly. PSN has to be free cause nobody would pay for it.

PS3 fan can get very loud if you have the unit sitting flat and the right side is covered. But overall not too bad just keep the right side exposed at all times.

The only reason why the xbox 360 is louder is because they had to implement a larger fan into the system to keep the CPU from over heating, so the xbox can run at a higher reso and you can play LARGE sandbox map games easily without glitchyness or lag.

My PS3 started to make some extra fan noise but last night it was so quite I thought that I didn't put it on. Tbh lol.. Anyways, I don't usually turn off my PS3 system but pressing the standby button.. I just turn it off via the controller.

Not being picky, but the PS3 had no game running on it, meaning the GPU wasn't being used to it's full extent, meaning less heat, which finally means, the fan wasnt running at full speed. This would make quite a big difference to the sound coming from the fan.

The only reason i hate wii is that when you add someone you have to put in a 16-digit code and the other person doesnt even get a notification that you added them.... other than that i think the wii is awesome! This ps3... i have no problems with whatsoever so its just awesome! :)

The only reason why the xbox 360 is louder is because they had to implement a larger fan into the system to keep the CPU from over heating, so the xbox can run at a higher reso and you can play LARGE sandbox map games easily without glitchyness or lag.

Not being picky, but the PS3 had no game running on it, meaning the GPU wasn't being used to it's full extent, meaning less heat, which finally means, the fan wasnt running at full speed. This would make quite a big difference to the sound coming from the fan.
