  • Rev Abs worked for me more than once. I used it to get into a size 8. I am 41 years old and never even imagined I would be smaller than a 12. I did make it to where I am now a size 10 regularly. When I introduced Rev Abs into my daily program, I feel into a size 8. I am about 5'6". So a size 8 is tiny for me. My hubby did the workout with an injury and modified the entire arm part...he even slimmed down. Rev Abs is perfect for me as I am a fitness instructor. Not too long but w/ RESULTS!

  • I tried this program and it's not as easy as everyone seems to think. Like everthing in life, you get out what you put in. I liked it because it was strength and cardio training as well. There is way more to it than what they can show in 2 minutes.

  • @MrMike3865 I just started revabs and I have to tell you its not as easy as people say. I just came from Insanity and starting a new program. I am hoping I can lose belly fat and have a stronger core (I am not expecting a six pack as in the video). I went over day one yesterday and today is day two I woke up all soar.

  • @liko098 If you put effort in you'll definately get results out. I liked it because the workouts aren't that long and I can do them in the morning before work. Hey don't sell yourself short, you may find that six pack by the time you're done! How is insanity? I have that program but have not started it yet.

  • @MrMike3865 I will defintly put my focus to it I am on day two (it was a bit to easy but a little tough). I will try my best to ge to the core I enjoy it exactly how you said it there short workouts thats why I commited to Insanity. Insanity is usually 40 minutes to and its hell of a workout you come out sweaty and tired but you will feel great. I am going to give it my all on revabs ;)

    to help you guys start out...know 1st your BMI and then start knowing how much sodium u need and protein before u go workout...

    consult your doctor 1st, this is what most wanna be trainers do...

    they dont tell you to go to your doctor for a checkup.

  • Man i dont think you have to really spend your money on these programs!...all you got to do is eat right (and if you lift weights, eat more low-cal. protien), do sit-ups, crunches, sit-ups w/weights etc., and jog at least 30 min. a day....that's what i started about 3 weeks ago, and im hoping for the best, that by the end of the 6th month, i will be a changed person!.....Peace guys!

  • Bullshit! You have to diet and workout in order to see a six pack. You have to eat low fat meals and workout.  No video workout is going to help you unless you eat right.

  • @Xsighting101 Not exactly. As long as I burn more calories than I consume then my abs will show (assuming they are toned already). So I can eat 3,000 calories everyday if I wanted to but those work outs are going to be extremely long to make up...Bottom line, toned abs and under 11% body fat to get abs to show.

  • You know, I have been watching a lot of workout promos on here lately, and you know what I noticed?.... They NEVER have heavy set people in them. Even when they pan out to a whole street full of people, there aren't any heavy set people...if they are targeting people to loose weight... I would love to see a workout video series that show them going from big to small so to speak...what do you think?

    Unless you're already overweight, cause the stuff you ate in the kitchen had 80% fat in it. I agree that if you live a healthy live and eat good, you don't need RevAbs or anything. But if you're overweight, exercises + good eating will improve the abs faster and it's also good for your health!

  • I'm doing a long cycle of workouts. Starting with P90x, then revabs, insanity, p90x plus, insanity deluxe. With the diet plan each workout gives you, and supplementing with all of animal pak's foundational supplements, I think I look so much different than now. I'm 5'11 185 lbs.

  • Its like insanity but has a sports focus, plus a weighted workout. Its also has a 60 days worth of the results and recorvery formula. Check beachbodys website for a more detailed description

  • P90X is great! But for more variety, I do different programs. Revabs has a Capoeira Brazilian flare that P90X doesn't. They're both great in their own way.

  • @1moonprincess do reverse crunches. Lay down on your back, and put your legs straight in the air. Then lift your butt and legs up

  • @1moonprincess you can lose fat on th elower part of your belly only through a total body cardio and strength training program. There really isn't any spot training unless you lose the fat overall. So stay consistent with clean eating and you workouts. If you have Revabs, this can accomplish it if you really commit to and work the program.

    Do you take in the BCP? I am very lean and athletic already but I regularly retain fluid in my lower abdominals due to the BCP. Maybe also in your case, it's not fat but retained water.
