Are you sure you're using the same version of TSRPR? For me the level is black and called "Veelox Versa".

annoying, this one is... it comes from Chaos Complexx hack and those annoying platforms too. but this one has lights out function and banzai bills.

This level is a difficulty of 4.5/5
It has very traumatic second part.
But I (Mohohon) miraculously cleared this level with savestateless.
