Successfully incubating eggs must give a deeper sense of satisfaction, though? With livebearers, there's not much you need to do, besides leaving the female alone.

i have a 2 foot wandering garter the same as yours accept slightly darker. we caught her one day out for a walk and decided to feed her a couples times so we got a tank and kept her but i noticed she had lumps on her side and brought her into my room so i could keep a closer eye on her and one day i seen a little head poke out of the nest she made herself with the grass i gave her and she ended up having 22 babies and only one couldnt make it outta his sack

Wandering garter (Thamnophis elegans vagrans). Many snake species are livebearers.

The camera is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX3. It films in 848 x 480 and 640 x 480, but it's easy to resize the video to 1280 x 720 with RAD Video Tools. That's not genuine HD, but at least it's bigger. ;)
