I got my Drake From the Wyrmest Accord, you can buy it from Wyrmest Temple in Dragonblight and you have to be exalted.

You need the original game, burning crusade, and wrath of the lich king to get the drake, and it's not cheap, on top of the 5k for epic flyer training, the drake costs you 1800 to get.
