Within a yr your drain will be plugged, the perforated black pipe holes are so small they will plug since you didn't use the sleeve. The Mirifi (landscape fabric) if thats what you used will keep the soil from migrating from the sides but not from the top, As we all know water travels to its lowest level taking small sediment with it.
