What a coincidence, I'm watching the New York Red Bulls take on FC Dallas and I find out that you posted a Nintendo World Cup song! This is one of my favorite NES games and I want them to make more soccer games like this. But for my money, the best music is the second World Cup match music (the one that plays against Russia, Spain, and England). Gets you so pumped up!
Aaaah, one of my favorites! Remebers me at one day in my childhood... 4 Guys, 4 Controllers, Multi-Pad-Module and this Game. And then... Lets Kick it! We played 2 vs 2 at this day, screaming at each Goal, even when the others land one. It was just pure awesomeness. Thanks for remembering me back, Supra!
How can a song that I just heard for the first time (probably) feel so nostalgic? Man, I loved the upbeat tones and fast rhythm of it all, simply amazing!
i loved that game so much as a kid. my friend had it and at first he would never tell me how to do those crazy super shots. i mostly played it to knock out the other players anyways.
My brother and I would always play cooperative mode with the U.S. team. Argentina was so hard to beat in the semi final match with their ridiculous speed they possessed!!!
Was this the game that you could knock players out if they got in the way of your special bicycle kicks? OMG I haven't played this in sooo long... and it was so fun!
Wow...your channel's always great Darky but the last few have really been above par! (Or is it 'below par'...since it's a golf analogy is less more? I don't know.) At any rate, take it as a compliment cause that's what it is. :)
I have this game on a collection along with Mario and Tetris. I've never tried it since I tend to stay away from sports games in general. But I may try it eventually.
This was such a fun soccer game, even if you didn't like soccer in the first place. I played this game a lot as a kid, I was a big fan of the super shots that had unique animations. This game was definitely an inspiration for Mario Strikers.
This was my favorite music in this game. So many memories...

Thanks Supra for putting this up at last! (even though I listen to this song a lot already... ^_^ )

You sir, are epic.
I'm glad that I subbed.
And this game was a lot of fun as a kid. With 2 player "season" and 4 player action.
Too bad I just only got the game and not the "multitap" or what ever it was called.
And oh! This music brings back good memories, or sad memories because my brother was better than me playing this game, so I always lost xD

Gotta love these old 8-bit epics! Just goes to show that while the games themselves can get outdated, their music is timeless.
