the theory and application of Chan-Ssu Chin (silk-cocoon energy) of the three major schools is specific to Chen Style but applicable and important to all tai chi as a whole according to the highly regarded "The Tao of Tai Chi Chuan" by Jou, Tsung Hwa.
I find that i was able to at least pick up the silk reeling for the Yang style ,which was the first style i did ever practice , after that i learn the Chen style (routine only so far )

I have a question about this silk reeling routine , is it applied a basics for all taiji styles ?
Since i read you are a Chen style teacher /practicioner .
