it should be Mae and zuko to Ty lee and zuko .....Mae and zuko are bf and gf and it should be sokka and toph casue the episode where sokka finds a sword master..he has to make a sword an when he came back to the group to get the space rock/.,....aang and katatara missed him but toph ddidnt say she did she said she didnt and turned adn blushed(comment on this if you saw that episode

In Sokka's case...I think my fav. couple with him is Yue/Sokka, but I think he and Toph are cute, too^^ Especially in the episode you've described....

I loved it. It was good! Some things I didn't agree with, but most of them I did. For Taang, I would have used How Do You Love Someone by Ashley Tisdale, and for Sukka She's a Lady by Forever the Sickest Kids. I like your choices, though. ^^
