On the path to her dream. I hope all the pressure to be "an angel" doesn't effect her too severely. Her Mom is right to moderate the level of praise so that the praise doesn't put her on such a high pedestal that a small "fal" causes terrible pain. Check out Beverly Sills, July Garland, Deanna Durbin or July Andrews. All started at the same age or younger than Jackie, no problem with their voices as they grew older. They just got richer, in more ways than one. Next time do your homework.

FYI - Apparently Jackie is singing at the National Prayer Breakfast on Feb 2 for the President and other notables. The event is apparently televised on CSPAN so it's likely Jackie's performance there will be broadcast as well

@iikeisha08 - Jackie's voice did not "crack" as you so inaccurately put it. If the music had lasted another moment, Jackie would have brought her voice back up to the proper pitch for the moment. In my humble opinion, Jackie was singing the way she intended for the song to end. Most songstresses/artists only wish they could have that kind of control over their voice at the end of a very difficult song like 'Time To Say Goodbye'. No need to worry, but, thanks for your kindness anyway.

@Laundis all i was sayin is her voice is shakey thats all and for your information, i take singing lessons for classical singing and have been for 7 years so i can judge and critisize

@evaheartsmakeup I don't think her voice is "shaky" (no e). You are probably referring to the quiver in her lip. I think Jackie does that to provide some vibrato. As she matures she will probably drop it. Her later videos already attest to this. One last thing, before you "criticize" (c not s) again, you really should learn to spell it.

@iikeisha08 - Jackie's voice did not "crack" as you so inaccurately put it. If the music had lasted another moment, Jackie would have brought her voice back up to the proper pitch for the moment. In my humble opinion, Jackie was singing the way she intended for the song to end. Most songstresses/artists only wish they could have that kind of control over their voice at the end of a very difficult song like 'Time To Say Goodbye'. No need to worry, but, thanks for your kindness anyway.

@Sunitamadan Jackie has 3 CD's out: O' Holy Night, Dream With Me, and Heavenly Christmas. All available on Amazon. There's also a self-funded CD, Prelude to a Dream, now only occasionally auctioned on Ebay, which she recorded at age 9. Dig deep in your wallet or take out a 2nd mortage for that one. A new CD is in the works with a projected release date in Fall 2012. Also, check out some of her more recent performances & consider joining her official fan page.

@Sunitamadan - Also, an FYI - she recently finished filming her 1st movie, playing Robert Redfords' daughter in his upcoming political suspense thriller "The Company You Keep" which will likely be released this fall with an all-star cast. Apparently Redford sought HER out to play the role after seeing her return appearance on this past year's America's Got Talent (she was a guest performer). She's had quite a year.
